4.0 32:51.1 156/170 - Up the canyon barefoot.  Yesterday, my legs didn't seem to recover from my run until about 5:00 pm - tired and dead all day.  Today I decided to hold myself back by going barefoot; only one blister that I know of!

17.6 2:25:51 155/168 - up the canyon to mile marker 469.  Took it slow, hoping my legs would be able to recover from last weeks race...  I ran in VFFs 'cause running in the NB MR790 seemed to cause my left arch to have a little grief.  I ran on the balls of my feet the whole time - no foot slap, but by Sunday, my calves were very tight!

9:38.2 139 - started out really slow, eating a yogurt granola bar left over from the Bear Lake Marathon.
