Well, I guess this went as well as planned. 26.2 miles 4:15:50. Average HR 168. My goal when I signed up for the race was 10 minute miles. After knee problems and pleurisy in November, followed by extra food in December and training only twice per week, I thought it may still be possible to meet my goal. I ran this race just to have something to keep me running through the holidays. I guess that it sort of worked. There was way too much wind but the 2800 feet up and 2800 feet down was what I signed up for!
