5.6 45:05.0 151 - Easy, Logan River Trail (It's quite dark between 6 and 7 a.m.).  It snowed very lightly for a minute or two in the second to last mile, but for the most part it was nice and dry.

allie - this week is my first attempt at actually paying attention. Last year I didn't even think of using a headlamp - I just moved my runs to the gym - which I quickly gave up on for the waste of time. I don't have a problem running on a treadmill, I just don't like the time it takes to get there and back. So this winter, I'll wear a headlamp and "dress for the weather"!

Burt - I'm jealous now, but there are at least 3 month when you know you wish you had northern Utah weather.
