you liking those KSO's so far? I'm kind of regretting getting the bright red sprints and not something black, they sure stand out like a sore thumb. I get a lot of weird looks. but they are sure fun on the grass. feel like a kid.

I'm lovin' them! I mostly got the weird looks when I wore them to work. Where did you buy yours? Does anyone in town sell them?

Jason, I picked mine up in Boulder Colorado. No one in town sells them. I did put a bug in my neighbor's ear, who is the head buyer for Al's, but my guess is they won't pick them up, too specialized, and he didn't seem to think enough interest to stock them.
I like em too, but am not brave enough to go off the grass yet! I like those 790s too, nice light shoe for the river trail.

the power of the garmin GPS watch..if you start right at the entrance to the trail (the gate) it is exactly 7 miles round trip to the Spring Hollow campground sign (just entering the campground). And if you start at first dam parking lot, and run the highway to the entrance, it is 8.5 roundtrip. you might want to get a garmin GPS- I have the 205, they run about a hundred bucks but are well worth it!
