All miles >8:15 started with a 3.5mph gatorade (with chia) break.  2 miles later, I took a bite of a granola bar.  I probably drank 6 oz. of gatorade before I started, 16 with chia while running, and 10 more after I was done...

20 miles on the TM? nice work. that's a mental workout as much as it is physical. are you gearing up for a marathon?

20 miles on a dreadmill. That is tough. What race are you training for?

Thanks all. I was planning on running up the canyon, but at 5:30, the clouds and rain sent me another direction. The Ogden Marathon is just 3 weeks away!
