Knees feel good.  Pace felt good, maybe a little pushed, but overall a nice run.  Made buttermilk pancakes (best yet) for the family...I think they like waking up to hot breakfast, even if they don't like waking up!

nice run today! well done.

about the five fingers: i actually wore them around just as shoes before i ever ran in them. they do feel a bit weird at first, but they are very comfortable. i wore them here and there for a week. then i ran 3 miles in them. then 5. today 6. that's about all i can handle for now. but you have been barefoot running so your feet may be tougher than mine. let me know how it works out.
