30°F - weather.com said it would feel like 25°F, so a added I sweatshirt (a thick one) to yesterdays attire, but it definitely was too much.  I just needed something to keep the moving air off of my chest.  Since I started sweating before I removed it, I probably cooled off too much after...  I'll figure this out!

Also - the pain in my right knee might be back.  I'll drink extra water and give it another day and see how that goes before taking more glucosamine.

That's an awkward temperature for me too, as far as deciding how much clothing to wear. I usually start with a sweatshirt too, then end up getting hot and rolling up the sleeves.

have you been taking glucosamine every day? A few days ago (Oct 22nd IIRC) you asked how long it might take to kick in, it seems like it took about a week. I always take the recommended dosage on the bottle, 2 tablets daily, 1500mg total.

Slow Joe - Same problem this morning, except it actually was 25°F...

Laputka - No, I stopped taking it to test whether the results were from the glucosamine or the water. I thought it kicked in way to soon to be glucosamine, but have now decided that it was not the water. I only took 1000mg one day, then 500mg for 2 days and felt great for 5 days (while not taking any). It was the 6th and 7th days that got me - so I'm back on it.
