The recovery is going very well. I had debated about how to do it when I read that Bonnie's coach has people take 2-3 days off, then run 20-30 minutes every other day for 1-2 weeks. That's the closest thing I've had to coaching, so I thought I'd try it. I feel great. How is your recovery going?

i feel great as well. i took a planned two days off but i am anxious to get back out tomorrow. it's the best i have felt after a marathon, actually.
