I'm thinking that I need to work a little on my form, 40 miles a week in VFFs makes my legs (lower) pretty tired for quite a few hours after my runs these days...

my legs are tired after three miles in the five fingers...

just wondering, how fast are you turning your legs over when you run in the FF?

I haven't kept track of steps per minute in them, but I know that it is faster than my other shoes, which I ran around 180 steps/minute...

sounds about like me, I usually do 175-180 in conventional shoes, do about 180-190 in the NB790, and 190- 200 in the FF. which is supposed to be a good thing I guess
