Make sure you get some recovery miles in. Just looking at your last 3 workouts back to back 20 milers then a speed workout. It might only be me, but last year I put to many hard workouts back to back and ended up injurying myself. You do have a great base, alot better than I ever had, so you might be ok.

Thanks for the advice, I hadn't even considered that. In the summer, Mondays were my track days and my long runs were Thursday, Friday, or Saturday. Until you mentioned it, it was just another 'summer Monday'...
