20.03 2:35:39 152/176 - Blacksmith Fork Canyon.  I started today with the intention of going 16 (same as last Saturday, since I went extra yesterday), then thought that  I just as well go 17 (to do more) and decided 20 wasn't much farther (at least to the half-way turn around point)...  I tried to go out a little easy, then keep it under 7:30 on the way back.

Back-to-back 20-milers...you are a machine! Wow.

I am impressed. Whats your next marathon so I know which marathon you will break 2:50. Your pace is so strong and you aren negative splitting your workouts. Nice work.

Thanks all... Ogden Marathon is next on my list. I'd love to break 2:50 and hope that aerobic capacity isn't what stops me. Next I'll have to work on speed. What's your next marathon?

From Mattrow on Mon, Feb 07, 2011 at 17:55:57 from 192.107.247.6

Ogden is my next marathon also. I think your speed should be there. You averaged a 7:45 mile on the second of back to back 20 milers and negative split it. I am impressed.

Working on Speed, good luck. I am hurting thinking about it.
