Build up to regular weeks of 70 miles.
Qualify for Boston at TOU 2010! (3:10:59)
Long-Term Running Goals:
Complete at least 1 marathon / year until I die.
Married with 4 beautiful daughters
6.0 45:11 159 - Rode bike to track (2 miles), ran bare foot for 3 miles, the shod for 3...
am 5.5 (equivalent) - 50 minutes mountain biking to give my adductors a rest.
pm - basketball
8.09 1:07:24 151/162 - LRT 4+4 (GPS didn't get a lock until I was almost home...)
