Well, I guess this went as well as planned.

26.2 miles 4:15:50.  Average HR 168.

My goal when I signed up for the race was 10 minute miles.  After knee problems and pleurisy in November, followed by extra food in December and training only twice per week, I thought it may still be possible to meet my goal.  I ran this race just to have something to keep me running through the holidays.  I guess that it sort of worked.

There was way too much wind but the 2800 feet up and 2800 feet down was what I signed up for!

Good job on the marathon. That races sound like a hard course.

I see you just bought the 2130. I have used the 2120 and liked them. How does the new model compare.

The 2130s felt great right out of the box. Of course, so did the 2120 - they felt just like the 2090s...

I am trying to put a team together for the wasatch back relay. Would you be interested in be on a team.

The team I am putting together will not be a very competitive team. You and I would be the best runners. We will be just be trying to have a good time.

Right now the team consists of my wife and I, and some co-workers. The pace ranges are from 7-12 minite miles.

Let me know?

I would, but another friend already asked my to join his team... Sorry.

That is all right. I have decided not start a team, not enough interest. (Now my wife and I am looking for a team. Do you know of one looking for two more runners)
